The Root Reset is my foundational offering designed to help clients begin their journey toward balanced hormones and better cycle health.
The Root Reset Includes:
1 x 60-90 minute Initial Intake Consultation
Prior to this session you will fill out a in depth client intake form, which we will dive into during this session. This allows me to see your current health status holistically and create your protocol understanding your unique set of symptoms and health goals.
Evaluation of 3-5 day Food & Mood Journal
Prior to our first session, you will fill out a 3-5 day food/mood journal for me to review. This allows me to see your meal timing, what kinds of foods you eat most often and how these foods make you feel, so I can best help you make sustainable shifts to suit your health goals.
A Personalized Health Protocol
This will include nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations that I believe are of top priority to support your health goals.
A Tailored Meal Plan
Your will be fully personalized and tailored to your individual health goals, and lifestyle needs and dietary needs. You may choose from a more structured meal plan or a recipe-inspiration-type meal plan, depending on your unique needs.
1 x 35-45 minute Intro to Protocol Consultation
This session provides the opportunity for us to go through your protocol and meal plan together, answer any questions you may have before implementing the recommendations and make any necessary adjustments you see neccesary.
1 x 35 - 45 minute Follow Up Consultation
This session designed allows us to check in on progress, review improvements and challenges, and make any adjustments needed to ensure you feel confident and empowered to continue your hormone-balancing journey on your own.

Together, we’ll uncover the root cause of your hormonal imbalances by evaluating all aspects of your life — nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and more. We will implement strategic yet realistic changes that work in harmony with your body, helping you feel energized, in control, and fully aligned with your natural rhythms.
You’ll receive personalized guidance, actionable tools, and unwavering support, empowering you to make informed choices that nourish your body and regulate your cycle — even after our time together.

5 x 35-45 minute Bi-Weekly Consultations
These sessions allow us to check in on progress, review improvements and challenges and make any adjustments needed to your nutrition, supplement, or lifestyle recommendations based on your body’s response. These sessions will included education and discussion on supportive topics to better understand your body, menstrual cycle and cultivate a lifestyle that promotes balanced hormones.
Self Check In Forms
You will receive self check in forms along the way to help us both track your progress, and make nutritional and lifestyle adjustments for you as we move along.
